Knowledge- The fitness industry is constantly changing with new scientific research and methodology. It is my belief that personal trainers should be constantly educating themselves in the latest research through seminars, books and conferences to stay on top of the latest trends and development in fitness industry.

Respect and Concern for Clients: I believe that a client’s desires and wellbeing are non negotiables. Clients are treated with dignity and respect for where they are in the fitness journey. I seek to provide an atmosphere of client confidence and confidentially. Listening to clients shows care and concern for them.
